About the job

As a Senior Solutions Architect, AI, you will design and lead technology‑driven, AI‑enabled content solutions for global customers. Partnering with account owners and cross‑functional leaders, you’ll shape client strategy, build persuasive business cases, and define architectures that deliver measurable outcomes in quality, cost, and speed. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating market trends and innovations into scalable solutions and go‑to‑market plays that drive revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Lead executive‑level discovery and solution workshops; craft compelling story‑driven narratives and demos that connect challenges, solutions, and outcomes.
  • Build ROI‑tied business cases and competitive win strategies; proactively position Lionbridge differentiation and handle objections.
  • Lead solutioning for complex RFPs, including pricing models, risk buffers, terms/assumptions, and a defensible financial narrative.
  • Partner with Sales to define go‑to‑market strategies and develop enablement assets (case studies, playbooks, pitch collateral).
  • Embed security & compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and data governance into designs; anticipate risks and mitigation.
  • Apply deep localization/globalization expertise to align workflows, technologies, content types, and delivery models to client needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and internal SMEs to shape the roadmap, pilot new capabilities, and accelerate adoption of AI‑enabled services.
  • Define clear solution handoff artifacts (diagrams, SOW assumptions, RACI, SLAs/KPIs); ensure delivery readiness and cadence.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Revenue impact & win rate: Growth in pipeline influenced, higher conversion on complex deals.
  • Time‑to‑value: Faster deployment and measurable cycle‑time reduction for AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Cost & quality outcomes: Demonstrable cost optimization and quality improvements (e.g., accuracy, consistency).
  • Executive alignment: Positive stakeholder feedback; repeat engagements and expansion.
  • Enablement & reuse: Adoption of created assets (demos, patterns, playbooks) across regions and teams.
