Job Description

The Role
As a key member of our team, you’ll provide expert technical support across in-house, remote, and onsite scenarios. You’ll handle a diverse range of client tickets with minimal supervision, troubleshoot complex issues to resolution, and ensure every client receives outstanding service. This is a role for someone who can work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and take full ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-house, remote, and onsite technical support for our valued clients.
  • Manage and respond promptly to service desk requests via ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring timely ticket closure.
  • Schedule and coordinate remote/onsite visits.
  • Monitor client backups, antivirus, and Microsoft 365 licensing.
  • Create accurate ticket reports, update change documentation, and maintain internal/client procedures.
  • Handle additional tasks as needed in our fast-paced environment.

About You – The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a positive, “glass half full” personality with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently. You should be:

  • Experienced in a dynamic MSP environment (at least 2 years in a similar Level 2/3 support role).
  • Highly knowledgeable in networking (Domains, DNS, Wireless, LAN, FTP, VPN).
  • Excellent at computer diagnostics and troubleshooting across Windows desktops/servers and MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
  • A strong communicator with outstanding customer service skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with macOS and Apple devices (advantageous but not essential).
  • Holder of a valid driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle (for onsite visits).
