Computer Support Help desk Technician

SKILLS REQUIRED

• You will be able to confidently and consistently provide first-rate customer service.
• You will have excellent verbal and written “no geek speak” communication skills.
• A solid work ethic and drive to get the job done thoroughly and correctly.
• Well-developed troubleshooting skills.
• Broad network administration and/or support experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of network administration and/or support experience is required.

Experience in the following technologies (preferred, not essential )

• Windows Server (2008-2022)
• Server roles and services (DHCP, DNS, DFSR, AD, etc)
• MS Windows-based workstations
• Hypervisor technologies – Hyper-v, Vmware
• Cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud and Office365/Azure
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• Microsoft Exchange 2013 to 365.
• Office 365 / Azure administration
• Network Devices (Routers, Switches, WAPs etc)
• Network Services
• Connectwise and Labtech
• MSP tools
• Telephony – 3CX, Cisco, and cloud hosted PBX
