Lead UX Designer/Manager

Job Description

Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user journey across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless interaction and satisfaction.

The Opportunity :

– Lead the UX design process from concept to implementation.

– Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.

– Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

– Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.

– Create visual artifacts such as journey maps, personas, and storyboards.

– Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills Required :

– Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work across platforms.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.

– Experience with prototyping tools like Axure, InVision, or Balsamiq.

– Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
