Python Developer (Data Analysis Focus)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely information on core business functions to stakeholders

• Track vacancies filled and clients served

• Analyze marketing advertisement effectiveness in generating leads

• Extract data from various business sources like CRMs and ATS, Hubspot, QuickBooks, Stripe and etc.

• Transform data into user-friendly formats such as spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills and Tools:

• Python (Intermediate) hands-on experience

Comfortable maintaining and extending existing codebases (ETL pipelines, notebooks, Plotly Dash dashboards)

Strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills; able to reason about code rather than relying on copy-paste solutions

• SQL / BigQuery

Experience querying and updating analytical data using SQL

Familiarity with Google BigQuery or similar analytical databases

• Git / GitHub

Working knowledge of core GitHub workflows (push, pull, branches, issues)

Ability to collaborate on, maintain, and improve a shared codebase

• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of professional experience working with Python in a data-focused or backend role

• Experience maintaining and improving existing Python codebases rather than building only greenfield projects

• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and working with data from multiple business systems (CRMs, payment platforms, marketing tools, etc.)

• Comfortable working with SQL-based analytical databases and reasoning about data correctness

• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform

• Experience using Git/GitHub in a collaborative development environment

• Fluent English, both verbal and written

• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset

• Energetic & upbeat
