Job Description

What you’ll be doing

• Build and enhance enterprise websites on Squiz Matrix / Squiz DXP
• Develop and maintain reusable components using Squiz DXP Component Service (design system-driven, scalable, consistent)
• Implement and support Squiz core concepts: templates, asset structures, paint layouts, metadata, workflows and permissions
• Support structured content migrations and consolidation projects
• Collaborate with designers and delivery teams to translate UX/UI into clean, accessible, high-quality implementation

What we’re looking for (must have)

• Strong commercial experience in Squiz Matrix and/or Squiz DXP
• Great HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals and attention to quality
• Comfortable managing code via Git with good workflow discipline
• Ability to work independently in a remote team: clear comms, proactive updates, ownership mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills – able to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions

Nice to have

• Experience delivering against WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements
• Experience with Funnelback / Squiz Search
• CI/CD automation and release process improvements
• React / modern JS framework exposure
• Government or higher education delivery experience (or similar enterprise environments)
