You’ll collaborate closely with our content and technology teams to transform insights and requirements into practical, user centred solutions that support our members and employers—and align with business and regulatory needs.

What you’ll do

  • Design UX templates, page structures and component patterns for the new AEM CMS, aligned to approved design standards.
  • Design email templates for Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) to support defined digital journeys.
  • Define layout, hierarchy and interaction patterns for reusable components to support scalable content delivery.
  • Translate business, content and technical requirements into clear, build-ready UX artefacts.
  • Apply UX best practices to ensure clarity, usability and accessibility across AEM and AJO templates.
  • Produce wireframes, component specifications and high-fidelity designs to support CMS and email build.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is achievable and consistently implemented within AEM and AJO.
  • Work closely with the Digital Content Strategist / Copywriter to align UX structure with content strategy.

About you
A creative and user-centred Designer, you will bring the following key skills:

  • Relevant qualification in UX/UI Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in UX or digital design, including responsive and mobile first design.
  • Strong capability in UX/UI fundamentals, human centred design and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in producing wireframes, user flows, component designs and high fidelity build ready assets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and modern UX design tools.
  • Understanding of front end concepts (HTML, CSS) to support practical implementation.
  • Experience working with content management systems and template based design.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver to agreed scope and timelines.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce clear and well structured design documentation.

The following skills are nice to have but not essential:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
