Website Design

  • Design complete website layouts and visual concepts for customers.
  • Create responsive, high‑quality designs optimised for desktop, mobile, and tablet.
  • Apply UX/UI principles to deliver intuitive and engaging EU experiences. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual prototypes.
  • Ensure all website designs adhere to accessibility and usability best practices.

Customer Interaction & Collaboration

  • Work closely with customers to understand business goals, branding, target audience, and design expectations.
  • Present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet customer needs.
  • Provide expert advice on layout, UX, branding, and online sales presentation.
  • Maintain friendly, clear, and professional communication throughout each project.

Ongoing Customer Support

  • Provide ongoing design optimisation and improvements to customer websites.
  • Assist with promotional updates, seasonal design refreshes, and layout adjustments.
  • Respond to customer design queries promptly and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Build long‑term customer relationships through proactive and supportive service.

E‑Commerce & Online Sales Support

  • Design product pages, banners, marketing graphics, and promotional content.
  • Ensure website layouts demonstrably support customer conversion goals and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e‑commerce teams on campaign and landing page design.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all digital storefronts.

Brand & Internal Collaboration

  • Work with internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure cohesive digital outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to design process improvements and development of reusable templates and assets.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Review final website implementations to ensure accuracy to the approved designs.
  • Optimise images and digital assets for speed and performance.
  • Use analytics and feedback to inform future design enhancements.
  • Documentation of website hosting, features, configurations and user guides.

Technologies Supported:

  • Shopify, WordPress, Elementor, Cart Rover, Unleashed, Klaviyo, Google Business, Cloudflare.
  • Public and private cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Web Hosting (nginx, IIS, etc), DNS, cPanel, CMS Solutions, SSL Certificates, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS.

Your Capabilities, Attributes and Qualifications:

Essential

  • Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications.
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or Digital Designer.
  • Experience design and maintenance of Shopify and/or WordPress environments.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design, layout, colour theory, and typography.
  • Comfort working directly with customers and explaining design decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects at once.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and modern digital design standards.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and technical solutions.

Desirable

  • Experience in e‑commerce design and conversion‑focused layouts.
  • Competency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar.
  • Ability to interpret analytics or heat‑mapping insights for UX improvements.
  • Knowledge of design systems, brand guidelines, or digital style guides.
  • A strong desire to develop technical knowledge & skills within a range of constantly changing technologies.
  • Flexibility to support and assist in the whole of TNN business.
