Core Technical Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work with and improve existing codebases.

• Comfortable taking initiative and proposing new ideas to improve architecture and performance.

Desired Knowledge

• Understanding of event-driven and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with observability principles (e.g., OpenTelemetry) and a willingness to deepen expertise in this area.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to a collaborative, problem-solving culture where the team supports each other.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code that ensures long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software issues.
• Partner with project coordinators and leads to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and assist with project estimations, including effort and timelines.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct peer code reviews and manage outstanding tasks with input from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and user guides.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, exploring new technologies, and proposing innovative solutions.
