Senior .Net Engineer

Job Description

This is a high quality engineering environment where clean code, strong patterns, thoughtful design, and long term outcomes actually matter.

You will be working on customer facing platforms at scale, with a strong pipeline of greenfield initiatives and platform improvements ahead. You will focus mostly on the backend with a little front end work if you want.

The business backs good technical decisions, gives engineers space to do their best work, and values collaboration over ego.

What you will be doing

• Designing and building high quality backend APIs and services
• Leading projects and epics from design through delivery
• Partnering with Tech Leads, Principal and Staff Engineers on solution design
• Mentoring engineers through code reviews and day to day collaboration
• Improving engineering practices, processes, and standards
• Contributing to architecture discussions and technology choices

Tech environment

• .NET Core C#
• APIs, Microservices, Event driven and Distributed systems
• SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Cloud Azure or AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Domain driven design, SOLID principles, TDD
• React and front end optional
• CI CD, DevOps practices, Agile delivery
