About the team

Our Engineering as a Service Practice consists of a diverse mix of skilled and experienced managed services professionals providing differentiated DevOps and Cloud Support services for leading edge technology. This team is responsible for providing our clients with the highest level of customer support services by using modern service management frameworks.

Our business is growing and we’re on the look-out for a Network Systems Engineer to join the team.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:

Skills/ Qualifications

Proven experience as a Network Engineer in private cloud or enterprise data center environments.

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer).

Palo Alto (firewalls, Panorama, security services).

Aruba (switching, ClearPass, wireless).

Cisco routing/switching (Nexus, Catalyst, ISR/ASR).

Understanding of Elastic Stack (ELK) for network monitoring and troubleshooting.

Experience with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, SD-WAN, and VPN technologies.

Strong knowledge of network security, segmentation, and access control.

Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network and performance issues.

Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).

Exposure to cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNETs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).

Knowledge of load balancing, DNS, and proxy services.

Experience with ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).

Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, NSE (Fortinet), Aruba Certified Professional.

The successful applicant must be an Australian citizen and must have or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the NV2 level.
