iOS Developer

About you:

You will have a background as either a mobile developer, with extensive experience in native iOS development, or potentially a full stack developer that has spent a lot of time developing iOS applications. 

Whether you’ve worked in professional services before, or have experience working across projects, you are a natural consultant who loves to understand problems, come up with solutions, and find the pathway forward.

Tech Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with iOS, with strong knowledge in Swift & SwiftUI
• Purposeful design and implementation of software solutions (yes, from scratch)
• Commercial experience deploying code into the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Good understanding of Agile, understanding its purpose, value and common practices, able to shape and track a backlog pertaining to related tasks
• Experience leveraging AI tools to automate & streamline practices

Consulting Skills:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements, and iterating on delivery outcomes
• Able to problem solve and identify purposeful solutions, factoring in how to integrate into a wider solution/system
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Can navigate through ambiguity and find a way forward
• Collaborate across teams and at all levels of an organisation
• Able to efficiently self manage and coordinate / prioritise tasks and workload
• A change champion who can influence and drive transformation
