Job Summary

You will lead the programming and setup of CNC machines to deliver precision parts that meet quality standards. Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize production efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues, driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to develop accurate CNC programs for milling and turning machines
• Write and modify CNC programs (e.g., G-code) to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
• Set up CNC machines and tools to prepare for production runs, ensuring readiness and accuracy
• Diagnose and resolve machine or program issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow
• Collaborate effectively with machinists and engineers to align production goals and resolve technical challenges
• Monitor and verify that manufactured parts comply with quality standards and specifications
• Apply workshop safety rules consistently to maintain a safe working environment
