The Role

We are seeking a Project-Based Front-End / PDF Forms Developer for a 4-month contract engagement. The developer will lead the creation of a dedicated module on our platform focused on PDF forms and form-fill functionalities for company documents. This is a specialized project role with clear deliverables, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on Seafair Miami’s digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive PDF forms and document form-fill features.
• Build user-friendly workflows for uploading, editing, and managing company forms.
• Integrate PDF generation and form-fill solutions with our existing systems.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all forms.
• Optimize document workflows for efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Work collaboratively with the Seafair Miami development team.
• Deliver technical documentation and handover at the project’s conclusion.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications

• Strong experience in front-end development (JavaScript, React, or Angular).
• Proficiency with PDF tools/libraries (e.g., PDF.js, iText, jsPDF, DocuSign API, Adobe PDF Services API).
• Background in form handling, validation, and digital document workflows.
• Familiarity with back-end integration (Node.js, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to manage a project module independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
