Full Stack Developer – Web Team Leader

Job Description

What You’ll Lead & Deliver 

Web Platform Modernisation 

• Lead the redevelopment of Maytronics AU/SEA B2B and B2C websites using TypeScript, Nuxt, and Vue.js. 
• Oversee the transition from legacy web systems to a modern, modular, scalable architecture. 
• Deliver high‑performance and SEO‑optimised web applications. 

Digital Customer Experience 

• Build intuitive, responsive websites and applications that support:  
• Consumer product discovery and support 
• Dealer and partner portals 
• Online service and warranty tools 
• E‑commerce and configuration experiences 
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams across the region. 

Technical Leadership 

• Lead, mentor, and grow an internal web development team. 
• Establish web engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD workflows. 
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure high‑quality code delivery. 

Cloud & Infrastructure Ownership 

• Own and maintain web infrastructure built on Firebase and Google Cloud with modern serverless tooling. 
• Integrate with internal systems, third‑party APIs, and global Maytronics digital platforms. 
• Ensure site reliability, scalability, and strong security posture. 

Your Technical Toolkit 

Required 

• Strong experience with TypeScript for full‑stack development. 
• Strong understanding of modern front‑end architecture, SPA/SSR/SSG. 
• Experience building customer‑facing B2B or B2C websites. 
• Ability to lead and mentor a development team.
