Full-Stack Developer (Web + Mobile)

Job Description

The role

This is a true full-stack role. You’ll build backend logic, web UI, React Native mobile, and AI integrations. If you only want to work on one layer, this isn’t the role.

What you’ll do:

• Own features end-to-end, from idea to production
• Ship weekly, sometimes daily
• Build AI features with LLM integrations and prompt engineering
• Refactor, optimize, and fix bugs across the stack
• Talk to users and dig into support to understand what’s actually needed

Who we’re looking for

Sharp and fast. You pick up new tools and concepts quickly. When something breaks, you figure it out. When requirements are vague, you fill in the gaps with good judgment.

AI-native. You use AI tools daily. You’ve built with LLMs. You have opinions about prompting, context windows, and model selection.

Owners, not task-takers. You don’t wait for detailed specs. You understand problems, propose solutions, and ship.

Builders at heart. You’d be coding even if no one paid you. You have side projects.

Requirements

• Full-stack experience: backend (Node, Python, or similar) + frontend (React) + mobile (React Native or willing to learn fast)
• You’ve built and shipped something from scratch. A side project, a startup, a feature you owned completely.
• Experience integrating AI into products (not just using ChatGPT)

Nice to have

• Interest in psychology, mental health, or personal development
• Eye for good design and basic Figma skills
• Experience at early-stage startups
