Job Description

Our Infrastructure team is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and optimise complex, multi-vendor network environments.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud-based solutions.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to ensure robust protection across environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to maintain high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including designs, configurations, and capacity plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions and adapt to evolving requirements.

What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Windows domains and networks in a corporate environment.
• Proven skills in client hardware/software deployment and support, including SCCM (highly desirable).
• Moderate understanding of routing technology, including Aruba, Cisco and Arista
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Experience with AI applications (Copilot) would be beneficial.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft (highly desirable); must be an Australian Citizen eligible for security clearance.
