About the Role

This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen, responsible for ensuring our website is fast, secure, functional, and effectively supports our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Website Management & Maintenance:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our website, handling all technical aspects of its operation and performance.
  • Manage and update website content, landing pages, and blog posts, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular website audits to check for broken links, design inconsistencies, and other technical issues.
  • Oversee website hosting, domain renewals, and SSL certificates to ensure continuous availability.
  • Familiar with technologies like headless CMS tools like storyblok, front end frameworks as react.

Performance & SEO:

  • Monitor website speed, performance, and uptime, implementing solutions to improve user experience.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize the website for search engines (SEO), including technical SEO, site structure, and mobile responsiveness. Familiarity with AI SEO techniques and functionality.
  • Manage and implement website tracking codes and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and manage website security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
  • Perform regular security scans, backups, and software updates (e.g., WordPress plugins, themes).
  • Ensure the website complies with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Cross-Functional Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate strategic goals into website functionality and features.
  • Assist with the integration of third-party tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, e-commerce) with the website.
  • Provide technical support and training to marketing team members on website-related tasks.

Troubleshooting:

  • Act as the first line of defense for any website-related issues, from front-end display problems to back-end server errors.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Proven experience managing a business-critical website
