About the role

We are seeking a Web Developer to join our team and help shape AIRAH’s digital future. You will play a key role in rebuilding and improving our online platforms through a major digital transformation project, while also maintaining our existing infrastructure.

Major project areas include:

  • Membership management (member data, account types, access restrictions, renewals)
  • eCommerce (transactions, invoices, automated communications)
  • Learning Management System (LMS) integration
  • Event management and ticketing
  • Electronic communications (newsletters, surveys)
  • Data visualisation and reporting dashboards

In addition, you’ll support and maintain our current websites (iMIS, WordPress, and static sites) and other digital assets.

Recommended skills

  • HTML (with strong focus on accessible, semantic markup)
  • CSS (grid, flexbox, custom properties)
  • JavaScript
  • PHP
  • HTML email templates (hand-coded or with MJML)
  • WordPress (block-based)
  • SQL, WPDB, WordPress REST API
  • FluentCRM + Fluent plugins
  • Basic Linux server administration
  • Basic DNS management
  • Git version control
  • Familiarity with NPM and Node.js

Desirable experience

  • Learning Management Systems
  • Membership-based websites
  • New website deployments
  • Web analytics tools (e.g., GA4)
  • Cloudflare configuration
  • Basic graphic design (including SVG handling)
