We create unique and fabulous curve fashion for women to feel great all day every day About the role We have a great opportunity for a Front End Developer Ecommerce/System Admin Support (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) to join our team . This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience in web development and operational support Responsibilities Operational support across ecommerce platforms, including monitoring and running jobs/files, system maintenance/upgrades and system configuration Auditing and order cleaning of online product Provide support across digital platforms: responding, investigating and resolution for systems incidents Implement best practices for site speed, scalability, ongoing maintenance and system performance Provide out-of-hours support for system issues or outages and escalation of issues internally/3rd party vendors Website testing, including UAT and integration testing Develop customer-specific web-based applications, systems integrations and custom applications Skills & experience Experience in a retail/ecommerce environment, building dynamic, accessible websites using HTML, JavaScript, CSS Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud Knowledge and experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari) Understanding of REST and SOAP API and service-oriented architecture Relevant qualifications/degree Understanding of website testing including UAT and integration testing Knowledge of Github or other source control applications and practices Benefits Rewarding career and development opportunities, work alongside some of the most respected digital transformation specialists in Gain exposure to emerging technology and tools that further your professional credentials Competitive remuneration and employee discounts Opportunity to work for an iconic retailer Northcote office, close by transport How to apply This is a terrific opportunity for someone who is ready to extend their career with a strong brand that is expanding rapidly.
