We are looking for a talented Web Developer & Designer / Application Developer who can combine creativity and technical expertise to design, develop, and maintain high-quality websites, web applications, and software solutions. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in both front-end and back-end development, with strong knowledge of coding, UI/UX design, and the ability to build scalable and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Design & Development
  • Create and maintain responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
  • Develop themes, templates, and plugins for WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Application Development
  • Design, develop, and deploy mobile and web applications with scalable architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional apps.
  • Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and back-end systems as required.
  • Software Design & Implementation
  • Analyze business needs and design custom software solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and other frameworks/languages.
  • Debug, test, and resolve issues in applications and websites.
  • UI/UX Design
  • Work closely with design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Implement wireframes, prototypes, and design systems into functional products.
  • Maintenance & Support
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform security updates.
  • Continuously improve websites and applications based on user feedback and new technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, App Developer, or Full-Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue preferred).
  • Backend: PHP, Node.js, or similar.
  • Database Management: MySQL, SQL, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in WordPress design & development.
  • Experience in UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to design custom software solutions from scratch.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development (Android/iOS frameworks a plus).
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web and app development.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop).
