Overview

As we scale, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Web Developer to join our team and help us craft high-performance, scalable, and responsive web solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy highly interactive and responsive web applications using React and Node.js.
  • Build and optimize server-side APIs, databases, and services using Express.js and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.
  • Work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time.
  • Implement and optimize real-time features such as chat systems, notifications, and live data feeds.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure seamless performance of applications across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Write and maintain clear, maintainable code with thorough documentation and testing.
  • Ensure web application security best practices, data protection, and optimize for performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve the development process.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in React, Redux, Node.js, and related front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Git for version control and Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for continuous integration.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and test-driven development.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment, with a clear understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle technical challenges efficiently, and a keen attention to detail.
  • A portfolio of personal or professional web projects showcasing your development skills is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with TypeScript or GraphQL.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Understanding of modern development practices, such as microservices architecture and event-driven programming.
