Job Description

We’re looking for a Web Developer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technical expertise. This role demands more than just coding — you’ll be shaping the digital experience that drives how users interact with our products. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build performant, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. We expect you to have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for writing clean and maintainable code, and the ability to anticipate and solve user experience challenges before they arise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex design concepts into responsive, accessible, and fast-loading web interfaces.
  • Optimize front-end performance and troubleshoot cross-browser and device inconsistencies.
  • Write reusable, modular code with an emphasis on maintainability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs seamlessly while ensuring smooth front-end workflows.
  • Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies, tools, and frameworks, and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Balance technical requirements with a user-first mindset, anticipating how real users will interact with the application.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building complex, production-grade web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HTML5 semantics, CSS3, and advanced styling techniques including preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, or equivalent) and client-side routing.
  • Deep knowledge of asynchronous programming and RESTful API integration.
  • Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, or equivalent) and version control (Git).
  • Demonstrated ability to write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Cypress, or similar.
  • Solid grasp of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to debug performance bottlenecks and optimize front-end code for speed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
