Job Description
We’re looking for a Web Designer with a strong foundation in visual storytelling, UI design systems, and front-end principles to help shape how users experience our digital brand. You’ll collaborate with content strategists, developers, and product marketers to design functional, conversion-optimized web experiences—not just pretty pages. This role is ideal for someone who’s obsessed with typography, hierarchy, and modularity, and who understands how marketing websites drive growth, not just traffic.
Our current projects include a complete redesign of our customer resource hub, building interactive product pages that scale across use cases, and improving accessibility compliance without sacrificing aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Design page layouts, UI components, and design systems for high-traffic marketing and product websites
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design accuracy in production
- Translate stakeholder briefs into clear design concepts with rationale
- Create responsive design prototypes and iterate based on user testing and analytics
- Contribute to and evolve our internal design system (Figma-based)
- Optimize design for performance, SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and user engagement
- Maintain consistency across global digital assets (web, microsites, landing pages)
- Audit existing design patterns and propose improvements for usability and scalability
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience designing for the web, with a portfolio that shows more than template-based work
- Expert in Figma and modern design tools; familiarity with Webflow, HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong understanding of responsive grid systems, component libraries, and design tokens
- Experience working within brand guidelines while knowing when to push them
- Practical knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and CRO
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain design decisions to non-designers
- Comfortable working in sprints and juggling feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and dev)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience designing with motion or micro-interactions
- Previous work on B2B SaaS websites
- Familiarity with headless CMS workflows (e.g., Sanity, Contentful)
