Job Description

We’re looking for a Web Designer who thrives on turning complex ideas into seamless, user-focused digital experiences. This isn’t about just making something look good — it’s about solving real problems through design. If you have a knack for combining creativity with data-driven insights and enjoy collaborating across teams to craft websites that perform as well as they look, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing websites or web applications, preferably within a product-focused or tech environment.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate measurable impact on user engagement or business goals.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Basic coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required to ensure your designs are feasible and developer-friendly.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale and negotiate feedback.
  • Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or UI animation.
  • Bonus: Understanding of SEO considerations in web design.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces for complex web applications, not just marketing sites or simple portfolios.
  • Strong grasp of UX principles with a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design — show us how your designs improved user flows or conversion rates.
  • Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with an ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers and anticipate technical constraints during design.
  • Experience creating responsive designs that maintain usability and aesthetic consistency across devices and browsers — your designs should adapt, not just shrink.
  • Ability to conduct and incorporate user research insights (surveys, heatmaps, A/B tests) into design decisions, rather than relying on personal preference or trends.
  • Skilled in crafting accessible designs meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards — accessibility is a must, not an afterthought.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts, defending design choices with data, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • An eye for detail that goes beyond visuals — typography, spacing, micro-interactions, and consistency in design systems.
  • Passion for staying updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, with a mindset geared toward continuous learning and improvement.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion design or basic animation to enhance user experience without compromising performance.
