Job Description

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who doesn’t just push pixels but solves product problems. You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and customer experience specialists to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces. Our platform serves mid-sized B2B clients in the logistics space—your job is to make critical workflows simple, even for users who aren’t tech-savvy. You’ll own end-to-end design for new features, contribute to the design system, and lead usability testing cycles with real users.

This is not a marketing design role—we need someone who thrives on crafting information hierarchies, user flows, and layout logic that holds up under pressure.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with PMs to shape feature scope and identify UX opportunities before specs are finalized.
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into interactive wireframes and functional prototypes.
  • Create polished UI mockups using Figma and document component behavior and responsiveness.
  • Lead moderated and unmoderated usability testing, from script creation to synthesis.
  • Maintain and extend our internal design system (built in Figma and Storybook).
  • Audit legacy workflows for UX debt and suggest iterative improvements with measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and propose micro-interaction enhancements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3–5 years experience in product design (not marketing or branding)
  • A portfolio that demonstrates interface design for web applications with complex user flows
  • Deep experience with Figma (auto-layout, variants, tokens, prototyping)
  • Comfortable with low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables
  • Experience conducting usability tests and applying research findings to iteration
  • Strong grasp of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with logistics, operations, or enterprise software environments
  • Working knowledge of front-end development constraints (React, CSS grid, etc.)
  • Experience managing or contributing to a shared design system
  • Comfortable presenting design rationale to stakeholders who aren’t designers
