Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio
  • Conduct user research and persona mapping to guide design decisions
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility and Digital Experience Policy standards
  • Support user adoption through change management and learning materials

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ UX design experience, including portals and consoles
  • Strong skills in WCAG 2.0, accessibility standards, and wireframing tools
  • Salesforce UX certification (Desirable)
