UX Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a UX Designer who sees interfaces as conversations and believes that clarity is a feature. In this role, you won’t just polish wireframes—you’ll identify friction in user journeys, shape product logic, and argue for simplicity where complexity hides. You’ll work side-by-side with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to design experiences for users who depend on precision, speed, and trust.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end experiences for one of our core products, from research and flow mapping to prototyping and usability testing. Our ideal candidate knows how to prioritize user intent, break ambiguity into structured tasks, and critique their own work before others do.

Responsibilities

• Conduct task-based research and translate insights into user flow optimizations.
• Create low- to high-fidelity prototypes focused on logic, intent, and interaction—not just visuals.
• Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation to preserve UX integrity.
• Define heuristics and usability standards for new features and interaction patterns.
• Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to validate assumptions and iterate quickly.
• Run internal design critiques and contribute to product-wide design reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in UX design, ideally on SaaS or data-heavy platforms.
• Strong grasp of IA, usability heuristics, and interaction design principles.
• Fluent with Figma and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, or similar).
• Can articulate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing complex workflows (e.g., onboarding, dashboards, multi-step forms).
• Demonstrated ability to turn vague requirements into functional, user-first solutions.
• Comfortable working with engineers during sprint cycles and giving structured feedback.
