Job Description
We’re looking for a UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of user behavior, business strategy, and clean interface design. This is not a role for someone who wants to push pixels — we want a systems thinker who can take fuzzy requirements, ask the right questions, and shape usable, elegant workflows that meet real needs. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design experiences across web and mobile platforms, from early prototypes to developer-ready specs. Expect to own complex user journeys, run usability tests, and defend your design decisions with data and reasoning — not opinions.
Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end user flows for tools that manage multi-step, high-stakes processes (e.g., onboarding, dashboards, integrations).
- Translate messy concepts or spreadsheets from PMs into wireframes, UX diagrams, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Lead usability testing with real users and incorporate insights into iteration cycles.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are translated with fidelity — not approximated.
- Advocate for accessibility and responsive design principles across the product.
- Design reusable components and interaction patterns that align with our evolving design system.
- Participate in weekly design critiques and help shape how we evaluate design quality as a team.
- Occasionally jump into low-code tooling (like Webflow or Framer) to prototype ideas more dynamically.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of UX design experience, ideally with at least one SaaS product in your portfolio.
- Proven ability to dissect complex systems and design intuitive, human-centered interfaces — especially for dashboards, workflows, or B2B tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (component creation, prototyping, variables, auto layout, etc.).
- Experience designing for both mobile and desktop platforms, with a clear understanding of adaptive UX patterns.
- Strong communication skills — both in explaining your design rationale and listening carefully to constraints or user feedback.
- Comfortable conducting user research and usability testing independently.
