Job Description

We’re seeking a UI Designer who blends creativity with precision to craft user interfaces that feel intuitive, polished, and purposeful. You will partner closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to translate complex workflows and user needs into clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces. This role demands more than just aesthetic skills—it requires an understanding of interaction principles, attention to detail, and the ability to balance innovation with usability across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate user flows, wireframes, and research findings into pixel-perfect visual designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain a coherent design system that ensures consistency across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and refine UI solutions based on real user feedback and analytics.
  • Push design boundaries while respecting technical constraints and accessibility standards.
  • Stay current with UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies, then apply those insights to elevate our design quality.
  • Create detailed UI specifications and assets for handoff to engineering, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Advocate for users and champion design best practices within the product team.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-focused digital interfaces.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent), plus experience in interactive prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles, and experience designing for multiple screen sizes and platforms.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) to improve collaboration with developers.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
  • Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, color theory, and iconography.
  • Deep appreciation for accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions clearly and advocating for the user.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
