What You’ll Own:

  • Craft visually compelling, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile products that solve real user problems.
  • Collaborate tightly with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to iterate rapidly based on user feedback and technical constraints.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system that balances brand consistency with flexibility for future growth.
  • Translate user flows, wireframes, and prototypes into pixel-perfect UI components while pushing for clarity and simplicity.
  • Drive design reviews and provide constructive feedback, championing usability and accessibility in every project.
  • Stay ahead of design trends but challenge fads by grounding your work in solid usability principles.

What You Bring:

  • A portfolio that shows not only polished final designs but your design thinking process—how you moved from problem to solution.
  • Hands-on experience designing responsive interfaces for SaaS or consumer apps, with deep knowledge of platform-specific UI patterns.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and ability to create and manage design libraries and components.
  • Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, color theory, and iconography—your attention to detail is borderline obsessive.
  • Experience working with front-end teams, understanding technical constraints, and communicating design rationale clearly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design inclusive experiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping quality and deadlines in check.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with motion design and prototyping tools (Principle, After Effects) to bring UI interactions to life.
