Tech Lead – C# /.Net / AWS
Job Description
About the Role:
We’re helping a client hire a Team Lead to drive a greenfield fullstack application. This is a hands-on role where you’ll architect and lead the solution, not just implement someone else’s design. You’ll work closely with the team to design scalable, multi-tenant systems and ensure robust backend performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the architecture and deployment of multiple projects with longevity, multi-tenancy, and automated scaling.
- Drive the design and implementation of backend systems, including domain modelling, API design, scalability, and database operations.
- Provide guidance on security, Infrastructure-as-Code, and optionally Auth0/Fusion.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong backend expertise in C#, .NET, AWS, Docker. AWS experience is required.
- Experience with some frontend frameworks (React preferred).
- Proven experience leading teams, designing technical solutions, and breaking down work with minimal guidance.
- Hands-on experience with modern engineering practices, scalability, and multi-tenant systems.
