Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for automation or optimization.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, detailed system specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders to guide the development lifecycle from concept through deployment.
  • Evaluate existing IT systems for enhancements, integrations, and data flow improvements.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, ensuring all stakeholder perspectives are incorporated.
  • Perform impact analysis of proposed system changes and coordinate testing efforts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative technologies and practices that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience analyzing enterprise-level IT systems with demonstrable impact on operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management software.
  • Strong grasp of database concepts, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid project management environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of influencing technical design decisions through thorough analysis and data-driven recommendations.
  • Analytical mindset paired with a business-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
