Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with demonstrated experience in analyzing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise-level systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) in a complex business environment. This role is focused on end-to-end process mapping, translating cross-functional business needs into system requirements, and ensuring scalable implementation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth systems analysis for enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or Workday; identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements tied to business objectives.
  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops with department heads from Finance, Operations, and HR, converting abstract needs into structured specifications.
  • Analyze interdependencies between systems, especially around data synchronization, automated workflows, and third-party integrations (e.g., API endpoints, EDI flows).
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation including process flows (BPMN), data dictionaries, and integration diagrams.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to validate that solutions align with technical and functional requirements.
  • Use SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support data validation, trend identification, and reconciliation issues during implementations or system upgrades.
  • Serve as SME during UAT cycles; own defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking across teams.
  • Maintain compliance with internal change management and security protocols (e.g., ITIL framework, SOX audit controls).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst with specific responsibility for enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Proven experience with at least two large-scale enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Strong working knowledge of data flow mapping, API documentation, and REST/SOAP integration patterns.
  • High proficiency with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of data models and relational databases; ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with change control, business continuity, and system validation procedures in a regulated environment.
