The Role:

As an SQL Technical Support Voice representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients utilizing SQL databases. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding SQL database issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems
