Job Description

As our business expands nationally, our digital systems and platforms are at the heart of customer experience and operational efficiency. To support this, we

are looking for a talented and proactive Software Engineer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and optimise the tools that power our success.

Key Responsibilities

•            Develop and maintain custom internal tools, web applications, and integrations that support online sales, CRM, advertising analytics, and project management.

•            Work with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer-facing website features, landing pages, and user experience.

•            Manage and optimise API integrations between platforms such as Google AdsMeta AdsCRM (e.g., HubSpot)Xero, and inventory systems.

•            Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates to ensure high

availability, scalability, and security.

•            Support integration of marketing automation, e-commerce functions, and payment gateways.

•            Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the web infrastructure and online transaction systems.

•            Participate in the planning and implementation of new digital initiatives and system upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

•            Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software/web development.

•            Proficiency in JavaScript (React or Vue)HTML/CSSPHPNode.js, or Python.

•            Experience with WordPressShopify, or other CMS/e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.

•            Familiar with RESTful APIsJSON, and third-party system integrations.

•            Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Firebase, or AWS is a plus.

•            Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and version control (Git).

•            A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments (sales, marketing, ops), good code style and adhere to team-defined style guides.
