About the Role

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning gaming experiences? We’re seeking a Senior UI Product Designer to elevate the user experience within our client’s RNG portfolio, with a special focus on slots. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and prototyping new user flows, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, and ensuring every aspect of the player journey is simple, seamless, and fun.

This is a hands-on role reporting to the CPO, working closely with product owners, designers, analysts, and development teams. The position can be based in Gibraltar, Malta, or fully remote.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the ecosystem & slots team to conceptualize and iterate new UI designs for customers.
  • Create and update design components and systems for a wide range of devices and resolutions.
  • Work with stakeholders and development teams to clarify, refine, and implement designs and prototypes.
  • Present concepts clearly and adjust designs based on feedback or technical constraints.
  • Prepare well-structured source files and supervise their implementation to ensure design integrity.
  • Build interactive prototypes for mobile and desktop to visualize and refine user flows and animations.
  • Document new controls and designs for clarity and future reference.
  • Align with other design teams to ensure consistency across products.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in gaming and entertainment, and contribute to the overall user experience strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in game design within iGaming.
  • Deep understanding of gaming customer mindsets and B2B client needs.
  • Proven ability to build high-fidelity, production-like prototypes for mobile and desktop.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Strong grasp of usability, user-centered design, and web standards.
  • Advanced prototyping skills (Origami Studio experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of interaction design and animation sequences.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
  • Bonus: Skills in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or video.
  • Technical background or knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
