Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Dynamics 365 CRM & Service Management to design, implement, and optimise intelligent CRM solutions that enhance engagement and service responsiveness.
You will make an impact by:
- Designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions that simplify processes and enhance engagement
- Integrating CRM, data, and analytics platforms to support real time insights and automation
- Leading continuous improvements using AI-driven workflows to elevate user experience
- Managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and SLA oversight
- Overseeing environment administration, deployment, and release processes to ensure stability and compliance
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
What you will bring
You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and service management, capable of driving transformation through intelligent, data-driven solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- Proven experience configuring and optimising Dynamics 365 CRM modules
- Advanced understanding of workflow automation and AI-enabled services
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of IT governance, compliance and risk management
- A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience with Power Platform, AI, and integration with ERP and learning systems is highly regarded.
