Job Description
Our client, a Federal Government Department in the finance and security industry community is seeking MULTIPLE Senior & Junior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join their team.
Senior Skills & Experience:
- proven experience in developing requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications
- advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 applications
- demonstrate ability to analyse and understand business problems (past experience in the finance industry desirable)
- proven experience in data modelling and process design
- strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
- ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
Junior Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading functional specialists in enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities with experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
- Relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable
- experience working in AGILE environments
