Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy and digital execution. This role isn’t about making things look good — it’s about making things work visually across multiple channels, audiences, and content formats. You’ll lead creative development for marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives, all while pushing brand evolution with a sharp eye for detail, consistency, and innovation.
You’ll be hands-on in Adobe CC (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects), adept at turning ambiguous inputs into structured design systems, and comfortable working within cross-functional teams that include copywriters, UX designers, PMs, and engineers. If you think in grids, obsess over typography, and have a point of view on when a static visual should become a motion piece — this is your seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept and execute multi-platform design work for campaigns, including digital ads, landing pages, email, event collateral, and short-form video graphics.
- Translate brand guidelines into scalable design systems, UI assets, and internal documentation.
- Own the creative direction of product marketing campaigns — from kickoff to final file delivery — ensuring alignment with messaging and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, digital marketers, and product managers to build cohesive narratives.
- Review and critique visual work across teams, offering actionable feedback that aligns with both brand integrity and performance goals.
- Mentor junior designers, lead design critiques, and contribute to an evolving internal design culture.
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in fast-paced environments like in-house creative teams, product companies, or top-tier agencies.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion tools like After Effects or Lottie a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, and hierarchy — with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and adaptability across formats.
- Experience designing for digital performance: you’re fluent in A/B testing, creative versioning, and asset optimization for platforms like Meta, Google Display, and YouTube.
- Comfortable working in iterative cycles — tight deadlines, shifting specs, and multiple stakeholders don’t throw you off balance.
- Ability to pitch and present work to stakeholders across departments with confidence and clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with front-end implementation workflows or design hand-off tools like Zeplin or Storybook.
- Prior work in SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled services.
- A strong point of view on brand evolution — with examples of where you’ve helped push one forward.
