Job Description

Position Summary

Senior CCM developer with strong knowledge in OT Exstream. Should be able to independently manage client interactions and should possess Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Skills

  • Overall 8 – 10 years CCM product experience, with mandatory minimum 4 – 6 years’ experience in OT Exstream.
  • Must have hands on experience in migration of forms to OT Exstream.
  • Knowledgeable in Jenkins build tool and AWS IAM, S3, MQ and pipeline.
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS, Java/J2EE, JavaScript and Python.
  • Knowledge in MuleSoft and Guidewire policy center, claim center & billing center.
  • Knowledge in developing and documenting design specification.
  • Form design & development experience using OT Exstream.
  • Good understanding about Digital Forms and Process Automation. Ability to create and articulate a clear digital form transformation strategy.
  • Hands on experience in Interactive Forms, Approval Routing and Data Workflows, Customer Communications, Native Ecosystem and Integrations, Regression Studio
  • Understands best practices for forms development and can train others
  • Working with XSL:FO templates, XML, XSD
  • A good understanding of the API methods & how Web Service messages work (preferably an understanding of REST format).
  • Ensure the adherence of best design and coding standards

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Strong Application development experience in using Agile Software Development methodologies like Scrum, Sprint and Traditional software models like Waterfall and TDD.
  • Manage stakeholder communication.
  • Has the motivation to take independent responsibility as well as ability to contribute and be a productive team member.
  • Responsible for prototyping of complex projects development requests and break them down in work packages to be built by the team members/developers.
  • Build components based on the requirements given by business and based on the design framework
  • Should collaborate with others teams/business people and provide them with the necessary inputs when there is dependency
  • Responsible to implement best practices and document development processes and the structuring of documents into templates.
