Role Overview

As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of our development projects from planning to delivery. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate between clients and the dev team, and ensure communication stays clear and consistent.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical side enough to speak the developers’ language but also enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project management for web and app development projects.
• Gather requirements from clients, document them clearly, and convert them into actionable tasks for the dev team.
• Maintain project trackers and ClickUp boards, ensuring tasks, timelines, and priorities are up to date.
• Plan and run sprints, stand-ups, and review sessions to keep the team aligned.
• Communicate progress updates, risks, and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays or scope changes early and suggest practical solutions.
• Support in preparing SRS documents, proposals, and project briefs.
• Ensure deliverables go through proper QA and client acceptance before closing a phase.
• Maintain internal documentation for ongoing platforms and products.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in project management or coordination within an agency or tech environment.
• Strong understanding of web and app development lifecycles. You don’t need to code, but you should know how builds come together.
• Familiarity with Agile practices such as sprints, backlogs, and story points.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience preparing SRS or BRD documents.
• Understanding of how design, marketing, and development align in a project flow.
• Familiarity with Zoho, Slack, or similar collaboration tools.
