About the Role:
We’re looking for a Multimedia Artist who thrives on translating abstract concepts into immersive visual experiences. You’re not here to simply “make things look good.” You’re here to shape narrative-driven work across mixed media — motion graphics, interactive installations, experimental animation, and short-form video content. Your canvas is digital, but your thinking is architectural.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate creative briefs into storyboards and motion comps that combine 2D, 3D, video, audio, and interactive elements.
• Design and animate for multi-sensory formats including projection mapping, experiential retail, and immersive web environments (WebGL, Three.js a plus).
• Collaborate closely with sound designers, spatial designers, and developers to bring synchronized experiences to life — from concept through post.
• Prototype in real time using tools like TouchDesigner, Notch, Unreal Engine, or similar to test spatial and temporal dynamics of visual content.
• Edit and composite complex media layers in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve for final delivery.
• Contribute to our internal reference archive by constantly researching new visual languages, experimental platforms, and digital storytelling trends.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years working in mixed media art, motion design, or creative tech environments — with a portfolio that shows conceptual range and technical fluency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus at least one of the following: Blender, Houdini, TouchDesigner, Unity, Unreal Engine.
• A strong understanding of visual rhythm and timing, with the ability to creatively manipulate pacing and transitions.
• Comfort working on nonlinear timelines, incorporating live feedback, and delivering multiple iterations under tight creative deadlines.
• Experience with sound syncing, VFX compositing, and integrating motion into non-standard display formats (360°, AR layers, large-scale displays, etc).
