We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team, capable of bringing ideas to life through dynamic and visually engaging animations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of design, combined with advanced technical skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with our creative and marketing teams to deliver captivating content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality motion graphics for use across various media, including digital ads, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Conceptualize and execute animations that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Work closely with the creative team to understand visual goals, objectives, and timelines, ensuring all animations are cohesive with the overall design strategy.
• Design and animate graphics, transitions, and UI elements, ensuring high standards of visual quality.
• Create storyboards, design mockups, and visual assets for animations.
• Collaborate with video editors, sound designers, and other team members to create seamless, polished animations.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies, implementing new techniques into workflows.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design or animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant animation software.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, composition, and color theory.
• Experience with 3D motion graphics and simulations is a plus.
• A solid portfolio showcasing your motion graphics skills, including a variety of projects from concept to execution.
• Understanding of video compression, file formats, and optimization for different platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while adhering to team direction.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for storytelling through visual design and animation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VR/AR projects or immersive media.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for animated web interfaces.
• Knowledge of coding languages like HTML5 or JavaScript for interactive animations is a bonus.
