About the Role

We’re seeking a Motion Graphics Designer who thrives in fast-paced production environments and can translate strategic messaging into engaging visual motion. You’ll work on product launches, brand campaigns, social content, UI animations, and internal communications—across formats and platforms. This isn’t a role for generalists; we’re looking for someone with demonstrated fluency in animation principles, storytelling, and precise technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original 2D/3D motion graphics that enhance storytelling across video, product, and digital experiences
  • Collaborate with brand, product, and marketing teams to translate briefs into dynamic visual content
  • Design and animate assets for social media (vertical and horizontal), including performance-optimized campaigns
  • Integrate audio design (music/sfx) with motion sequences, syncing timing and pacing effectively
  • Build animations that extend visual identity systems, not just follow templates
  • Deliver organized project files (After Effects, C4D, etc.) ready for internal use or client review
  • Maintain awareness of new animation styles, toolkits, and motion trends relevant to target platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube Shorts, broadcast, AR)
  • Balance multiple projects and tight timelines without compromising design integrity

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on motion graphics experience in a studio, agency, or in-house creative team
  • Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with at least one 3D suite (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya)
  • Strong grasp of keyframing, easing, timing, and visual rhythm
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography in motion
  • Proven ability to work from styleframes through to polished animation
  • Familiarity with expressions and basic scripting in After Effects a plus
  • Understanding of compression formats, aspect ratios, and export pipelines across platforms
  • Portfolio demonstrating a variety of motion projects, with clear articulation of your role in each
