We’re seeking a Motion Graphics Designer who blends storytelling with technical skill to create dynamic visual content that captivates and communicates complex ideas simply. This role is not about generic animations—it’s about crafting purposeful motion that elevates brand narratives across digital platforms, from product launches and social campaigns to explainer videos and immersive presentations. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to transform concepts into engaging motion experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate on storyboarding and concept ideation to ensure motion design supports messaging and user engagement.
  • Translate static designs, illustrations, and scripts into fluid, impactful visual sequences.
  • Optimize animations for various platforms including social media, web, mobile, and video.
  • Maintain consistency in visual style and motion language across all projects.
  • Stay current with motion design trends, software updates, and emerging techniques to continually innovate.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) designing motion graphics with a strong portfolio showcasing original, purposeful work beyond standard templates or effects.
  • Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator; familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and pacing tailored to storytelling and user experience.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and feedback, balancing creative vision with practical constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and iteration.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
