The Role

 What You’ll Do:

• Develop control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and TargetLink
• Design reusable and configurable control software to meet OEM specifications
• Work on cutting-edge systems like engine/powertrain components, eDrives, and machine controls
• Translate system-level requirements into detailed software specs and test strategies
• Collaborate in an Agile team and contribute to continuous improvement

Ideal Profile

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Software, or Controls Engineering
• 6–8 years of experience in model-based development
• Proficient in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and TargetLink
• Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Working on electro-mechanical systems (e.g., clutches, axle lockers, disconnect units)
• Familiarity with DataDictionary, PTC, and embedded software testing (MIL/SIL)
