Job Description

We are seeking a Logo Designer who can craft distinctive, strategic logos that serve as the cornerstone of a brand’s identity. This role goes beyond aesthetics — it demands a thinker who understands the story behind a brand and can visually capture its essence in a logo that stands the test of time. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of focused experience designing logos and brand marks.
• A portfolio showcasing original logo designs, not just marketing collateral or web graphics.
• Mastery of vector design software, especially Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong foundation in typography and color theory applied specifically to identity design.
• Ability to analyze brand positioning and competition to create unique visual identities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting design concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Design logos that clearly communicate a brand’s personality and values with originality and precision.
• Produce scalable logos that maintain impact across digital and print applications, from tiny icons to large-format prints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align design goals with brand strategy.
• Conduct thorough brand and competitor research to inform design direction and avoid visual clichés.
• Iterate designs quickly based on feedback, maintaining creativity and quality throughout the process.
• Deliver polished final files in all necessary formats (vector, raster, monochrome, color variations).
• Stay informed on design trends while maintaining a timeless approach to logo creation.
