Lead UX/UI Designer
Job Description
The successful Senior UX/UI Designers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Translating concepts into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using system-aligned patterns
• Contributing to the development and evolution of the Design System and WCAG-compliant components
• Facilitating workshops, usability testing, and participant engagement to inform human-centred design
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture and deliver UI/UX requirements across internal and external platforms
• Producing clear design documentation, process maps, and interaction models to support implementation
To be successful, the Senior UX/UI Designers will have experience in:
• UI/UX requirement gathering through prototyping, co-design, workshops, or interviews
• Applying contemporary UX methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Communicating with clarity and confidence with senior stakeholders and across delivery teams
• Minimum 3–5 years\’ experience in a UI/UX Designer role
