Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Computer Hardware Repair & Maintenance
  • Laptop repair with precision and care
  • Replace laptop batteries and ensure proper functionality
  • Build custom gaming PCs according to client specifications
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware issues
  • Conduct laptop motherboard repairs including fan replacements
  • Perform circuit board diagnosis and repair work

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed repair logs and service records
  • Prepare technical reports for insurance and legal purposes
  • Document diagnostic findings and repair procedures
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Taking phone calls

Required Technical Skills

  • Essential: Laptop screen replacement experience
  • Essential: Laptop battery replacement proficiency
  • Essential: Laptop motherboard related repairs
  • Essential: Gaming PC building and hardware diagnosis
  • Essential: IT support capabilities (email issues, software troubleshooting)
  • Essential: Laptop motherboard related repair (fan replacement, RAM replacement, reassemble laptop, replace motherboard)
  • Essential: Laptop circuit board work
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
  • Understanding of computer hardware components and compatibility
